Resumo: A definição do que pode/deve circular em campanhas eleitorais é uma necessidade tanto midiática quanto política: a mídia enfrenta questões impostas por seu público-leitor e é pressionada por limitações de espaços gráficos, e pela agilidade exigida na (re)produção dos acontecimentos; a política, ao operar um discurso de ideias e poder, por meio de seus atores, propõe, reivindica, denuncia, obedecendo sempre a uma lógica que produz efeitos de verdade. Nesse contexto, voltamos nosso olhar para a análise das notícias online baseadas em relatos de fala. Essas notícias mostram-se ricas em sobreasseverações, conceito que, de acordo com Maingueneau (2008a) implica o destaque feito pelo próprio locutor do texto-fonte, geralmente sob forma de pequenas frases, a propósito de síntese ou generalização. Não raro, no funcionamento midiático, o lugar de sobreasseverador é imputado a um locutor que não efetuou aquele destaque no texto-fonte. Mais comum, ainda, é o enunciado sobreasseverado no texto-fonte ser submetido a alterações de diversas ordens. Com o objetivo de identificar casos em que uma sobreasseveração é atribuída, à revelia, a um locutor, e categorizar as manobras discursivas visíveis nas sobreasseverações, analisamos a forma como são relatados os debates político-televisivos da Rede Bandeirantes e da Rede Globo, do segundo turno das eleições de 2010, em sete veículos online: Carta Capital, Correio Braziliense, Band, Época, Uol, Veja e Terra. Metodologicamente, em um primeiro momento, gravamos e transcrevemos as falas dos debates. Em seguida, confrontamos essas transcrições com as notícias online, tabulamos as sobreasseverações e efetuamos nossa análise, com base na proposta teórica de Maingueneau (2008a). O referencial teórico em que nos ancoramos envolve, além de Maingueneau (2008a), Krieg-Planque (2011a), e estudiosos do Centro de Pesquisa Fórmulas e Estereótipos: Teoria e Análise (FEsTA), entre outros que pesquisam conceitos fundamentais para análise do funcionamento discursivo/midiático das notícias online. Nossos resultados indicam a existência de dois tipos de manobras discursivas propiciadas pela construção da notícia online: o primeiro se evidencia em um processo de síntese; o segundo implica diversos graus de alteração na (re)produção de sentidos. Concluímos que as manobras que incidem sobre a construção das notícias online implicam a modificação de contextos/frases/pessoas gramaticais, fazendo com que os destaques movimentem, silenciem, incluam, invertam sentidos que recenografam os debates político-televisivos. Abstract: Defining what may or what should be broadcasted in electoral campaigns is a social and political medium requirement. The social media have to face issues imposed by the reading public and are restricted by space limitations and by fastness in the (re)production of events. When politics performs a discourse in ideas and power through its agents, it proposes, vindicates and denounces, complying with a logic that produces truth effects. The analysis of online news based on speech reports will be undertaken within the above context. News are highly rich is overstatements which, according to Maingueneau (2008a), insist on the underscoring by the interlocutor of the source-text, generally in short phrases, for the sake of synthesis or generalization. Within the context of social media functioning, overstatements are often ascribed to an interlocutor who did not give that special emphasis as reported in the source-text. It is often the case that the underscored enunciation in the source-text undergoes several changes and modifications. An analysis will be thus undertaken on the manner the reports of Bandeirantes and Globo TV-transmitted political debates on the second round of the 2010 Brazilian elections were reproduced in seven online newspapers Carta Capital, Correio Braziliense, Band, Época, Uol, Veja and Terra. The speeches of the debates were first recorded and transcribed. The transcriptions were then compared with the online news; the overstatements were tabulated and analyzed according to the theoretical suggestions by Maingueneau (2008a), coupled to the theories by Krieg-Planque (2011a) and scholars of the Research Center Formulas and Stereotypes: Theory and Analysis (FEsTA) and others researching basic concepts for the analysis of discursive/social media functioning on online news. Results show two types of discursive maneuverings through the construction of online news: the first is a synthesis process and the second implies different degrees of changes in the (re)production of meanings. Maneuverings used in the building of online news imply the modifications of contexts, phrases and grammatical subjects in such a way that the underscorings displace, silence, include and invert meanings that remake the scene of the TV political debates.
