Resumo: A violência é um fenômeno que vem apresentando todos os anos um crescimento em suas manifestações, levando a uma inquietude social. A presente pesquisa foi em busca de conhecer o perfil de vitimização da violência doméstica na 15ª Regional de Saúde de Maringá-Pr, através do banco de dados do SINAN 2012 a 2014. A pesquisa se classifica como quantitativa. O tratamento estatístico dos dados inicialmente foi através do modelo de análise descritiva, com a utilização do software SPSS 2.0. E para estabelecer o perfil de risco por manifestação de violência e verificar, quais destas, tem maior chance de reincidência, foi empregado o modelo de Regressão Logística Binária. A partir das análises chegamos as considerações que indicam o perfil descritivo, sendo mulheres, com ensino fundamental na idade entre 18 a 49 anos, sendo a violência mais notificada a física, seguida da sexual. O perfil de risco à violência física, abandono/negligência e financeira/econômica é a faixa etária mais velha. Em seguida o perfil de risco à violência sexual configurando-se no sexo feminino e na idade mais indefesa que é de 0 a 12 anos. E o perfil de risco para a violência psicológica/moral é ser mulher, casada independentemente da idade. Podemos considerar que nos municípios que compõe a 15ª Regional de Saúde de Maringá, temos idosos, mulheres casadas, crianças e adolescentes os segmentos que estão em maior fragilidade de risco para as manifestações da violência doméstica. Em relação ao perfil de risco à reincidência das manifestações da violência doméstica, temos a violência financeira/econômica, psicológica e negligência/ abandono, por ordem de maior risco. E quanto ao agressor, há maior propensão de ser do sexo masculino em várias manifestações e estar alcoolizado acresce mais o risco de cometer as violências. Por meio da pesquisa foi possível vislumbrar possibilidades que as políticas públicas têm para investir seus esforços e recursos financeiros, em uma situação considerada evitável e prevenível. Abstract: Violence is a phenomenon that has been presenting every year an increase in its manifestations, leading to social unrest. The present research was seeking to know the victimization profile of domestic violence at the 15th Health's Regional of Maringa-Pr, through the SINAN database 2012-2014. The research is classified as quantitative. The statistical data processing was initially through the descriptive analysis model, using the SPSS 2.0 software. And to establish the risk profile for manifestation of violence and verify, which of these, has the greatest chance of recurrence, was used the Binary Logistic Regression model. From the analysis it was arrived thourgh the following considerations that indicates the descriptive profile as, women with elementary education, aged from 18-49 years, being the most frequently reported the physical violence, followed by sexual. The risk profile of physical violence, abandonment/ neglect and financial/ economic is the older age group. Then the risk profile of sexual violence being female and in the most defenseless age is from 0 to 12 years. The risk profile for the psychological / moral violence is being woman, married regardless of age. We can consider that in the municipalities that compose the 15th Health's Regional of Maringa, have elderly, married women, children and adolescents, whith are the segments with the higher fragility of risk to the manifestations ofdomestic violence. Regarding the risk profile of the recurrence of manifestations of the domestic violence, have the financial violence / economic, psychological and neglect / abandonment, by order of highest risk. And about the aggressor there is a higher propensity to be male in various manifestations and be alcoholized added the risk of committing violence. Through this research it was possible to envision the possibilities that public policies have to invest their efforts and financial resources.
